Description

While itís a precious commodity in any form, gold holds historic value in this impressive display. Framed to 22x18, an PCGS encapsulated .7-gram gold nugget is flanked by images, text and a COA tracing itís lineage to the California Gold Rush and subsequent 1857 sinking aboard the ill-fated SS Central America. Distributed in limited quantities following the vesselís discovery in 1987, nuggets such as this represent the only gold in the world that is certain to have been mined by the actual forty niners.
