As the A.G. Spalding & Bros. company established itself as the primary source for baseball uniforms and equipment, this order form was issued during the late-1800s. Framed to 13-1/8 x 12-3/8, the page displays various styles of jerseys and has blank sections on which the customer is to indicate specifics such and sizes and quantities. The address and payment fields are blank, as well, though there is a handwritten name in the upper right corner. While there are (3) tiny separations from repeated folding, the piece presents beautifully as one of the earliest diamond apparel keepsakes extant.
